Training Opportunities for CWA Members

Interested in obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)?
Interested in changing career paths?

The Office of Human Resources, Transportation & Parking Services, and the CWA are sponsoring a 3-year pilot program to offer Commercial Drivers License (CDL) training to CWA bargaining-unit members*. This initiative provides CWA bargaining-unit members the opportunity for career growth and university departments with eligible applicants for future vacant positions that require a CDL. This program does not guarantee hiring but permits a successful participant to apply for vacant positions.
